Top 5 Wednesday #3 || July 20th || Most Recent Additions to Your Wishlist

And just like that,  it's Wednesday again! Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Gingerreadslainey and hosted by Thoughtsonthomes. Make sure to come over the Goodreads group for more informations. This T5W topic is quite painful. I'm a second-hand book buyer which means my wishlist will probably always remain a wishlist. But that won't stop me from dreaming!

"Books you are dying to get your hands on for your collection, or if you are a library-exclusive reader, books you recently added to your list there. "

My picks for this week are:

5. Tales From The Kingdoms by Sarah Pinborough:

Tales From The Kingdoms started off as a trilogy and it was only recently that I discovered the publishing house combined all three books into one which is what they should've done from the beginning, if you ask me. The story feels more complete if you read it all together since everything is linked.

4. The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle #1)  by Maggie Stiefvater:

This is the kind of books you want to take on a road trip with you. I've been trying so hard since yesterday to come up with the perfect adjective to describe The Raven Boys and couldn't find any. Maggie just droops magic from her fingertips. To be clear, this is not one of my favourite books out there but I feel like If I owned it, some of its magic would transform into reality? I know I'm not making any sense but it left quite the effect on me. What an unusually bewitching world she created.

3. Eyes Like Stars (Théâtre Illuminata #1) by Lisa Mantchev:

I have a weakness for pretty covers. There you go, I said it. So, I was browsing some blogs the other day and saw someone post a review on the whole trilogy, I zoomed on the covers and it was love at first sight. The general idea of the books seemed like something I would enjoy. I just need to get my hands on them because look at the covers! pretty, pretty, right, right?

2. The View From The Cheap Seats by Neil Gaiman:

I have this fantasy of me walking around hugging this book, smiling like a goofball and parents keeping their children away from me.

1. The Young Elites (The Young Elites #1) by Marie Lu:

Confession time: This babe is the real reason of my reading slump. Want to know why? Because this babe was pure amazingness. It was too good... wait for it... that I was enchanted for days to the point of messing up my schedule and when I realized that, it was already too late. You see kids, don't get too emotionally attached to books, you'll end up like me and believe me, ending up like me sucks.

That's it for this week~ What were your recent additions to your wishlists?
