The Tunisian Bookish Tag

Yoohoo! I know I should have done this months ago but better late than never! It was created by the lovely Amal from HopeConfessions and Yosra from Yosra Abdelkader tagged me~ Let's get started:

  • When did you start reading and who made you fall in love with books?
Since I was competent enough to read on my own. I must credit my parents and elementary school teachers for making me fall in love with reading.

  • Best book you've read that changed your life?
A life-changing book is still something I haven't stumbled upon yet but I must say that Neil Gaiman has the effect to change the way I look at certain things throughout the gems that are his books.
  •  Your favourite author:
Gee...

I wonder who that might be...

Let me think about it for a second...

A hard question really, I'm clueless.

  • Worst book you've ever read?

Captive Prince by C. S. Pacat. I will never understand how a person can love that book. But then again, people love Fifty Shades of Grey.
  • Have you ever read books by Tunisian authors?

Occasionally. The last one I read was 'الطلياني' by Chokri Mabkhout. It was a let-down. I still don't get all the hype surrounding it.
  • Your favourite Booktuber?

Sasha from Abookutopia and Jesse from Jessethereader. Actual darlings.
  • How many books do you own?
200 and counting~ Not bad for someone who's broke all the time.

  • A book that you want to read so badly?
American Gods by *deep inhale* Neil Gaiman (I'm gonna get punched in the face one day for mentioning him so often). It's his most known novel and they're turning it into a TV show with Ricky Whittle, Emily Browning, Orlando Jones, Ian McShane, Gillian Anderson as the leads... It's a dream cast, how can I not be pumped!
  • What are you reading right now?
Nothing. I've been suffering from a terrible reading slump since July started. Yay for me and my summer reading goal.

That's it~~ Auto-tagging everyone who hasn't done it yet~ Let's make our community grow even bigger!
